APPLICATION ITEMS NEEDED:
1. Complete RENTAL APPLICATION, in our office, by appointments only (912) 823-3675 – Office hours 8:30 AM – 4: 00 PM, M-Thurs.
2. Background Check must be obtained and submitted with each application (Check with Local Sheriff’s Office)
3. Copy of each applicant’s (3) most recent pay stubs, or proof of monthly income
4. Copy of each applicant’s current driver’s license, state ID, Military ID, or passport
5. Copy of each applicants social security card (18 & over only)
6. Application fee of $35.00 cash or money order (non-refundable) for each adult, or $50 for married couples. Applications will NOT be processed until this is received.
7. Pet agreement and Fee of $150 for each pet (if applicable) NO CATS
8. Dog poop agreement (if applicable)
